Many thanks for your order. We apologize for the delay, but your mail was lost.

We can assure you that our margin is very low as we must buy from a wholesaler here in Luxembourg. Unfortunately there is no possibility to buy immediately from the producer. Our quantities are not important enough to get more inteersting prices !

We agree with your proposal : discount of 15% but only for 1000 items or more !!

Our delivery dates are long, we are totally aware of that, but that depends on our wholesaler. He often has problems to respect our deadlines. So we prefer to calculate the delivery time a bit longer. We try to do our best to satisfy you.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you maintain your order for

1000 packets of our high quality fair trade cookies.
