Dear Ms. Cardoso

Thank you for your offer of February 16. We would like to place our order with you if you can make few changes.

Prices of some goods are above the market level in the Czech Republic, especially if we count  our margin. Let me give you an example, the price of non-fairtrade cookies at the Czech market is about 0,8 € with VAT, but you offer us them for 2 €. We know that price of fairtrade products is obviously higher, but this difference seems us too big. But on the other hand we would like to place large order with you (about 1 000 items), so we ask you about the quantity discount. Our proposal is 15 % quantity discount. In case you can provide to us, we consider it as a good solution for both parties.

We also suggest changing the delivery terms. Time of the delivery you offered us is too long. As the distance between the Czech Republic and Luxembourg is not long, we believe you can deliver us your products sooner.
